Return Policy

Exchanges:

LA Gloria Furniture Outlet allows exchanges for items that are relative, same, or different if for any instance you lose satisfaction of your purchase. This is only applicable until the point of delivery and once the invoice is signed all exchanges are only accepted within two day after receiving your order. Merchandise must be in original factory packaging just as it was received. LA Gloria Furniture Outlet will then contact and schedule a pick up for returns. Fees may be included for return pick-ups. (Generally a 20% restocking fee)

Return/Refund:

LA Gloria Furniture offers refunds on items in case you are not satisfied with your purchase. When a refund is placed LA Gloria Furniture will contact the client to schedule a pickup date. Amount Refunded will be recieved electronically as soon as possible. Refunded amounts may also be made through company checks which will be mailed out within 2 to 3 business days. Refunds may include fees up to 20% restocking fee and 35% restocking on items that were delivered in person to clients.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted however they must be placed within 48 hours of purchase. However, Mattresses and Couches are final sale.

If for any reason there are custmer service issues please contact a LA Gloria Furniture Outlet service representative at (818) 786 0367. It is HIGHLY ADVISED that you do not throw away or rip any part of the original packing in which the merchandise was received. For returns and exchanges the original packaging in which the merchandise was received is necessary and NOT optional.
